How the system is built.

Blend Projects is a British Columbia prefab company focused on custom design. Its component-based approach uses prefabricated wall and roof panels, assembled on site before interior construction and finishing.

The system supports single-storey, two-storey and custom homes, with room to adapt the layout and architectural character to the property.

What stands out.

Flexibility beyond the floor plan
Custom layouts, rooflines and elevations allow the home to respond to its setting, from covered outdoor spaces to multi-level designs.
Considered material choices
Blend emphasizes natural finishes, low- or zero-toxicity materials and energy-efficient systems in its approach to homebuilding.
A coordinated design process
Layout, site positioning, consultant input and interior selections are developed before the construction estimate is finalized.

Plan the complete project

Site access, foundations, services, permits and finishing need to be planned alongside the home. The package inclusions and each team’s responsibilities would be confirmed for the individual project.
